Certificate of Completion: Tiger Pro Services hereby certifies that the work under the contract with , including all amendments thereto, has been satisfactorily completed; that all charges or bills for labor or services performed or materials furnished, and other charges against the project, including those incurred by Subcontractors, have been paid in full and in accordance with the terms of the contract; that no liens have attached against the property and improvements of ; that no notice of intention to claim liens is outstanding; that no suits are pending by reasons of work on the project under the contract; that all Workmen’s Compensation claims have been settled and that no public liability claims are pending. This Certificate is made for the purpose of obtaining final payment on said contract. agrees that the services provided by Tiger Pro Services have been completed to satisfaction. Upon execution of this Certificate, and/or authorized representative, releases Tiger Pro Services from all liability, past, present and future, concerning the subject property for the scope of services rendered. *
